Hello all,
I am a native North Carolinian, born in Hendersonville, NC.
Prior to attending Western Carolina University to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration, I received my bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Legal Studies from UNC Asheville.
I currently work at a local law firm as a legal assistant for two attorneys specializing in estate planning/administration and domestic/family law. I love what I do and wanted to pursue an MBA due to structural changes and additional responsibilities at my current place of employment.
I hope that after I receive my degree from Western Carolina University, I will be able to work with my current law firm on more administrative work and assist newer firms in setting up their practices.
Outside of my academic and professional life, I live with my partner and our 5-year-old husky mix, Mortimer. I enjoy playing pickleball, coloring, and cooking in my free time. I am an avid reader of most any genre, so if you have any recommendations, let me know!
